Your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days after notification. Products will ship directly from Hong Kong. We elected to use the most affordable shipping prices through Hongkong Post for standard shipping. And Alfred24, SF Express, FedEx and DHL for Express Delivery.

Hong Kong orders
$20 flat rate for standard, free shipping for orders over $300. Your package should be received within 2-3 business days.
$35 / Cash on Delivery for express delivery, free shipping for orders over $500. Your package should be received within 1-2 business days.

Most Aisa orders
$50 flat rate for standard, free shipping for orders over $500. Your package should be received within 3-5 business days.
$150 / Cash on Delivery for express delivery, free shipping for orders over $800. Your package should be received within 2-3 business days.
Rest of the world orders
$80 flat rate for standard, free shipping for orders over $800. Delivery will take up to 2 weeks and has no specific guaranteed delivery time.
$350 for express delivery, free shipping for orders over $2000. Your package should be received within 5-7 business days.

We advise you to refer to the actual shipping cost and methods when you check out. And the customer is responsible for any customs charges e.g. tax that may be applied to your package.

Covid-19 Shipping Updates
13/12/2020 - Standard shipping to the United States and Korea resumed.

Under the current Covid-19 situation, we cannot guarantee the arrival time of the package. We strongly advise customers to check the shipping availability in their home country and provide a valid address to avoid order delays and disappointment. And we have no responsibility for any package lost due to the reasons above.
In concern for your own safety, so do delivery drivers. Please wear a mask when signing for your package. For our orders, we make sure our products are clean and safe. However, we are not responsible for any shipping process. We advise customers to disinfect the parcel upon arrival and wash hands immediately after unboxing. Stay safe!

Return & Exchange

You can return or exchange any unopened defective merchandise within 14 days upon delivery for free. Product returns are only eligible for the product with receipt or proof of purchase.

The above policy is not applicable to custom made orders. And the cost of returning a product is on your expenses.
